This is for people asking where to buy go to this link and find a distributor near you that sells it. http://www.smooth-on.com/distributor.php just wanted to share how I strengthen my pepped parts for those looking for an alternative and aren't allowed to use fiberglass resin for whatever reason enjoy

  • cool tutorials i like the humor and this is very informative the only complaint i have is that you dont seem to have any enthusiasum when doing theese projects

  • @slizerdomecentral I do them at 3 or 4 in the morning when I get home from a full day of work. Plus, I don't want to be an energetic phony where I'm so annoying, you want to punch me in the face. I'm a laid back dude. Just trying to be myself. This is how I would explain things if you were right in front of me. It's just real, no need for me to exaggerate my personality, as the info is pretty detailed on its own. Thanks for the compliment by the way.

  • hey dude great work! truly some of the best vids out there =D just a quick question, how many coats of the smoothcast do you usually use? cheers

  • @B3N1U I use about 1 on the outside and 1 or 2 on the inside with the fiberglass cloth. I don't use smoothcast 321 anymore though. I use epoxamite. Please check my other vids for it.

  • I was wondering, could you use a hair dryer instead of a heat gun to heat the inside of the part?

  • @VinceJDJ you could try, not sure if it would get hot enough but give it a shot.

  • I hate it when foam bits get stuck to my piece........ cool tutorials though dude, really helps me out.

  • nice videos man i will use your tutorials for the fabrication of pars inside my car thanks for the videos thumps up!!!!

  • @narutorendan024 if it's a respirator, it will be fine. The one you mentioned is fine as well.

  • @CrashTeamCA I think that might work, you'll just have to try. As for the antenna, just resin the outside to cover anywhere that it could leak and fill the inside with resin so that it's solid. Only thing I can think of.
