Just got a reply from someone scolding me for this honest opinion of what goes on behind the scene. Say what you will but what I said is the truth. Not a dream.The ball is in your court and if you had the colunes you would have addressed the problem at the get go. I don't care to realy expose the rest of the story and the contractors in deep crap trying to get an adjustment.

Hubbel does not make a tankless water heater like this one, they make high flow application water heaters, and boilers. This is from point of use to whole house applications in incoming water temperatures of 70F and higher.

What do you do when the tankless takes a crap? You call and get someone who can not understand English and tells you they will take care of it and then a week or more later you call again and you are told they will take care of it and then the same thing over and over again until you give up.

@purerwater Its unfortunate that you spend your boring days writing and critisizing everyones video, Its obvious looking at your profile that you find away to say something negative about peoples video with knowing the facts, if you havent been informed lately but our company does not have anybody employed that doesnt speak English perfectly, you may have dialed the wrong number and you didnt understand anything the person told you on the phone.

LIFETIME WARRANTY??? Word is that they only give you 1 year, better check before you buy.

@TheTankless As a matter of fact we offer a Life Time Warranty on the Stainless Steel heat exchanger, a 3-year warranty on all components, and a 1-Year on the heating elements, we also offer in a limited area a free home technical service if your product was purchased within the first 30 days, with proof of purchase, not like the other guys on how they make you take the unit off the wall and take it to them, to find out regardless of when you bought it , you may not even get it replaced.
