Hey I actually found the Leaderboards in the game. When you are on the main multiplayer screen hit the Right Trigger and it will bring up all your friends you want to invite, then hit Y and it will show the leaderboard.

yes. you find that on the ghost recon network website. you can see your friends and squad leader boards.
