This Shabad is by Bhatt Mathuraa in Svaiyay Mehl 5 on Ang 1409 of King of Kings Dhan Dhan Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji Maharaj:

jab lo nehee bhaag lilaar oudhai thab lo bhramathae firathae bahu dhhaayo ||
As long as destiny did not appear on my forehead, I wandered lost, & ran in all directions.

kal ghor samudhr mai booddath thhae kabehoo mitt hai nehee rae pashhuthaayo ||
I was drowning in the terrible ocean of this Dark Age & my sorrow would never have ended.

thath bichaar yehai mathhuraa jag thaaran ko avathaar banaayo ||
O Mathura, consider this essential truth: to save the world, God incarnated Himself.

japyo jinh arajun dhaev guroo fir sa(n)katt jon garabh n aayo ||6||
Whoever meditates on Guru Arjun Dev, will not be born through the painful womb again. ||6||
