A packed crowd took to the north steps of the State Capitol Saturday to protest capital punishment.
It was part of the 12th annual march to abolish the death penalty. The event was led by more than 20 people who say they spent several years on various death rows across the country for crimes they did not commit.
Organizers say several death row cases in Texas are questionable.
