Product Engineer Contract Position (Job)

Detailed knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) Standards and can apply it to many varied situations.
Expert user of 3D Computer Aided Design (CAD) system.
Evaluate new updates and tools.
Work independently on complex systems such as EGR/Exhaust/Air involving conflicting design requirements.
Assist in developing and approving new Top Down modeling standards & design practices.
Works with cross functional team to design and test new components.


Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
1 to 3 years of previous Electrical Engineering performing analysis, testing and/or design work for a defined portion of a project.
Knowledge of environmental verification testing.
Excellent communication skills and leadership potential.
Good knowledge of embedded hardware components. Good knowledge of embedded software.
Ability to work with suppliers in the application of electronic components.
Experience in embedded product verification and validation work. Plus Understanding of serial communications
