@asrar631: The only place I've seen a vacuum being used is when the impregnation of your composite is completed. The part is placed into a vacuum bag. A vacuum is then connected to the bag in order to suck out all the air. This provides an equal distribution of pressure so that your composite conforms to the contours of your mould better. This is also done to suck out any excess epoxy resin because the less resin that is used on your part, the stronger your strength-to-weight ratio will be.

The material sprayed on the mold keeps the fibres from connecting the mold when cured and needed to be separated.
is the cloth he wets first a special product for prewetting or just regular plain weave?

Specifically, its called a release agent. It comes in the form of a wax or PVA liquid you can spray on.
