A Stafford County woman who killed another motorist while driving the wrong way on Interstate 95 last year was ordered yesterday to serve eight months in prison.
Vickie Lane Beach, 58, had pleaded guilty in Stafford Circuit Court to involuntary manslaughter and driving while intoxicated.
Judge Charles Sharp sentenced Beach to nine years in prison with all but eight months suspended.

A Stafford County woman who tried to shoot her boyfriend after he threatened to tell her husband about their relationship got a suspended sentence yesterday.
Safiyyah Wahgedah Johnson, 32, was convicted in Stafford Circuit Court to attempted murder. Two other charges--brandishing a firearm and using a firearm in the commission of a felony--were dropped.
Johnson was sentenced to five years in prison, with all of it suspended.

Hispanic woman DIES (this was within the last month) in the local jail where Neli is because they failed to listen to her regarding her lupus.  It was a case of mistaken identity and she tried to tell them so.  Within 24 hours she was dead and left behind 4 children.

Man I am sooooo all over this. My uncle is a judge who is extremely involved in issues just like this. I will be forwarding this RIGHT along. He does NOT play about this kind of stuff.

If it happened just like it was stated, which Im sure it did. thats BS. Police have there place but there are a great many hypocrites out there google search Hacker arrested for having autism. A famous hacker who served his time was arrested later for similar reasins because the police thought something was wrong with him

he too had aspergers.
