The annual Quilt Show in Sisters, Oregon was another huge success! Thousands of brightly colored hand and machine stitched quilts lined the streets, shops and restaurants of Sisters. It was a beautiful sunny day with a fabulous turn out. I believe this show was an even bigger one than last year. Streets were lined with people of all ages - restaurants were filled and coffee shops and bakeries well attended. The wait to get into town was over 20 minutest, but well worth the time. An event shared with the Bend Summer Festival, but still heavily attended - people from all over the world fly in for this great quilting show. It was definitely a fun time for all. Some quilts were for display only, while others had already been purchased. Great exposure for Sisters, OR. - a fun town with a western flair -streets lined with adorable shops of character.
