psygirl21 look your vids get taken down because you dont use a disclaimer thats oinly reason you need to not only disclaim you owqn but you need to credit the original owner of all the copywright materials you use and put a fair use notice

.... Hahahahahahaha!! Riiiiight XD. Sorry, hate to break it to you, but that doesn't work. At least it never did for me. I used to include one in the description, but they would get taken down anyway :/. And I used a fair use notice to try and get my 3rd flash back. Twice. Then it got removed.

It gets taken down usually because of music. The company claims it, which is the problem. Seeing as she doesn't make many AMVs, anyway. If she uses any Anime scenes, TV Tokyo might claim them, too. It has nothing to do with disclaimers.
