"The Man' Still has corrupt power

If you search up on youtube of an account called The Pro you will later find out his account was deleted, earlier today i sent a message to him making fun of him for getting fired in a beavis and butthead voice and tried signing back on later and got this message, everyone the guys xbox live account is called The Man, be aware he has not been fired and still has complete power.

Tell me where in the TOC that sending ONE message with a smart remark is against the xbox live rules? It's pointless me asking you that because THERE IS NO RULE AGAINST IT. Now, if he spammed the person and used offensive language, that would be a different story. But, fact remains he did none of that and it was not a bannable offence. Other topic is pointless.
