Why do we care who or where fighting systems were develop? What does it do for you? I really think that it doesn't matter. In today's world this argument is counterproductive.

truthfully to say ALL martial arts origionate in on location is folly. every culture would have developed there own systems over time, similarities in systems only indicate that the human body moves in certain ways. techniques can be learned and picked up from others, but fighting doesn't and didn't start in only one place. Also to claim Japanese learned form Egyptions...show some solid proof. also what of the Americas? where do their arts derive form?
