HD -- AQ1200D, RE SE DVC 10's, iDA-X200 (1200W RMS)

Subs are in a custom dual ported box I made using 3/4" MDF, tuned to 34Hz aprx. My alt. won't pump out enough juice for this setup but at least I can get it pounding pretty good. Nothing great, but it does the trick for the car. ;)

In case you want to know... Subs/amp connected in parallel running at 1Ω stable load. I'm using 2GA ground (alt, chassis, etc.), 4GA pos. cable to amp., and 10/12GA sub/remote cable. If I don't clip then my lights don't dim (damn alternator). No caps used and running one new 900cc battery (not deep cycle... need one though). Stuck with a stock 105amp alt. as well. No sound deadening... I'll save that job for a new vehicle!

np. hope you can get a set one day... little pricey but worth every $ in mho.

i like a mix between bass & sq so that's why i went with the 10's (plus 12's would be too big in this crappy car). originally i went with a closed sealed enclosure, but i figured i needed some more bass so i made a ported box... anyways i sure like it. the alpine head unit really helps with the sq as well, but i hate the interface lol.

I have the same esterio but my amp turns off everytime I change the esterio to usb mode so I cant heard my subs

SQ is great. Not sure how far away you can hear them pounding, but I hear my g/f a few blocks away from inside the house quite often... ;)
