  • yeh i went fishing on 5/10/09 and we caught 3 really big 3 pound croaker two of which i doubled up on. We were fishing in the lower chesepeake bay near the Hampton Roads bridge tunnel. we anchored right near the red channel marker as you cross over the tunnel you'll see it . Oh, and last but not least I caught myself a nice 23 inch citation flounder there.

    So far this year I caught several perch, a small non keep able rockfish, a snakehead and the infamous craoker though not as big as the one in this vid...lol if you're looking for croaker hit point lookout fishing pier the croakers have arrived I was their last nite!!! SOlomons had no keepers 4 me : (

  • Yes, not only does the Chesapeake have nice sized croakers, there is also HUGE red and especially black drum.
