If you go to judge Alex.com you will see a clip of his recent TV show judge's opinion. How do these people get to be judges when they don't know the law? He had a case where a woman sold a car to a auto flipper who sold the car to someone else and that person never registered the car. They just drove it through toll booths without paying and got 50 parking tickets while still in the original owner's name. The mentally retarded judge Alex ruled, that it's the woman's fault because she did not sell the car properly.

When you sell a car or when you sell anything, it is a legal contract. All the terms of the contract have to be completed, before the contract is fulfilled. In reality, the woman never sold the car. Because the contract was not fulfilled. When she sold the car, under a verbal contract, which is legal, it was for a price and a agreement that the car would be registered in the new owners name. If the car is not registered in the new owners name, is not a completed contract and it is in fact a stolen car. She might not have mentioned the car had to be transferred in the new owners name, but that is understood by everybody who has a brain.

You cannot take a TV and walked out the department stores door claiming you will pay them when you get paid. You might be able to claim you had no contract with the store that said you had to pay them before you walked out the door, but we all understand that is the legal contract. That you're able to walk around the store with the merchandise, but if you want to walk out the front door, you must pay for the item first. Judge Alex might rule that you had no written contract with the department store , saying you would pay for the merchandise, before you walked out the front door but that's because he's an idiot. It's not a verbal contract but it's a known contract.

If you go to a car dealer and agree on the price of an automobile, the contract is not complete, until you give them the money. If you drive away with the car, even though you agreed on a price without paying, then you stole the car. The contract must be completed. When this person never registered the car in his name, he never purchased the car, because he did not complete the contract. Therefore he stole the car.

A friend of mine saw a car in the paper for $10,000. He called and talked to the seller and it sounded like a great deal. He wanted the car and wanted to see it and test drive it first. The owner wanted 10,000 cash, but he figured he could haggle down the price. So he got a money order for $9000 and brought along his checkbook. He was able to handle down to $9500 and shook her hand in agreement. And then he handed over the cashiers check for 9000 and a $500 check. She said, "no deal". He said, "we just shook on it, it's a legal contract the car is mine". She said, "no, the contract was $9500 cash, not a cashiers check and a personal check". She don't want to take this guy's personal check. She don't want the cashiers check. She wants cash and that's the contract. If he don't agree he cannot get the car.

If you buy a car but don't pay for it, that is stealing the car. If you don't fulfill the contract that is stealing the car. That's why the repo man gets to pick up the car, if you don't fulfill the contract. You might've paid half down you might have paid all the payments but one, but if you don't finish that last payment they can take the car back. Because you have not completed the contract.

@kaitifouli I watched his show. Anyone who goes to a School funded by big Business and thinks they are teaching Justice, is chronically mentally ill or stupid. The reason why there is a separation of church and state, is because the church attempts to teach truth and the state teaches whatever lie they want, to give them power.

@Musicsmoke And I am going to make another video on this, saying the exact same thing, but only in another way. Because there are 5 thumbs down, which means people still don't get it. They think you can go to a car dealer, give the money and it’s a done sale, without going in to sign papers or even letting the dealer take off his plates. Alex admitted she did not sale the car right, which means it was a illegal sale. If not a legal marriage, your not married. Sale was illegal, he did not buy.

You have your law all wrong. When a contract is breached, you do not have the right to abscond with all the money offered up by any party to the contract. "Offer," "acceptance," and "consideration"--Contracts 101. Maybe you should stick to video blogging about something you know--I truly mean that. It seems like you have a lot to say.
