The M3 Mobile rugged PDA comes with features like integrated barcode scanner, WLAN, Bluetooth, camera, GSM/EDGE cellular capabilities, and GPS.

The M3 Mobile weighs only 9.4 oz., is IP64 rated and can handle extreme temperatures and multiple drops. The M3 Mobile comes with 128/128 MB RAM/Flash and also has an SD slot for memory expansion. The transflective color display has a touchscreen and the ergonomic keypad is backlit. The M3 Mobile provides a rechargeable, hot-swappable Lithium Polymer battery. The M3 Mobile is built on the Windows Mobile 5.0 platform with an Intel X-scale 520 MHz processor.

With GSM/EDGE, the M3 Mobile offers voice and data communication in the Windows Mobile Phone edition. The unit also has fully integrated Bluetooth and WLAN. An integrated 2 mega-pixel camera with comes with an LED flash. It also includes GPS and a laser scanner. A 2-D imager is available as an option.
