Why would you be comparing G-Darius to the Gradius games of the NES?

This is one reason why I hate SQUARE-ENIX: They want to get of all of the smaller companies that make RPG's such as Quest Corp, and also get rid of popular Arcade game companies such as Taito.

Have they made Taito Legends for the PSP?

This game can be found in "Taito Legends 2" for the PS2, it was a great game than "Gradius" and "Life Force" for the NES. "G-Darius" was one of the last official arcade game ever made by Taito, sadly Taito doesn't made arcade games anymore. It was bought out by Square Enix in 2007 or 2008.
