yes downloads and people tha go out and buy it,, but only downloads from itunes or ones you pay for count...
but number 1's in Uk hasnt mattered since top of the pops finished.... crazy frog beat coldplay to number 1 in the UK.... says it all

Yeah how does does the UK chart work. Doesn't the position depend on how many people buy the single. The US chart depends on how much airplay the song gets.
