Fellow Fayette County Georgia Commissioner Robert Horgan was arrested for possession of marijuana in May 2009. He was driving a work vehicle with an expired tag, the reason he was initially pulled over. He subsequently admitted to smoking pot while driving. He and his fellow Commissioners are under fire by many in the County. An ethics violation has been filed against Horgan and citizens have banded together to begin a recall action. In this video Chairman Jack Smith talks about why the Commissioners have not "made" Horgan resign. 6/11/09 County Commission meeting.
