FIRST SOUTHINGTON TEA PARTY JULY 28, 2009

July 28, 2009 was a hot humid day in central Connecticut. But that didn't stop nearly two dozen faithful Tea Party patriots from exercising their First Amendment Rights!

The weekly Tea Parties in Connecticut have spread through the state. This Tuesday event was the first in Southington. There are organizers in nearly ten towns planning similar rallies

Take an hour out of your day, stop to chat, wave a flag or hold a sign. You are not alone! There are many millions of true-blue Americans poised to become activated in this new American revolution.

This is grass roots conservative politics. Most of the Tea Party people admit that this is their first foray into the realm., but judging by the growth in the movement, it will not be the last.

When the average American learns how much fun these rallies can be, there will be no stopping him!
Costumes, signs and new slogans welcome. There are more good ideas being discussed at a tea party than at all your Senate or House committee meetings in a year!

Dodd may not be paying attention , but I am , Hartford - Norwich - New Haven and now Southington are all giving him THUMBS DOWN ! ! !
