it was a pre-order from best buy, the DLC for it should be coming sometime this month. You can check littlebigplanet (dot) com with the info in the news section

hmmm 1-1.5 week, I already had all the parts for the level so putting the level together was easy.
I think of my levels in parts and find ways to bring those parts/gadgets into finished level. Kind of like doing LEGO, you make small portions and bring them all together at the end.
