I think the hundred rounds drum are very useful (much better than 30 rounds mag). Why don't the US Army use it in Afghanistan to fighted against Taliban?

the army bought a lot of them but after soldiers drop them fully loaded they cracked and neede replacing so the army sent them all back. It is a nice drum for people who buy them and tacke care of them as it is defenitely not "soldier proof" Also carrying more than one is a real pain and there is no gear that i know of that allows it. Aluminum 30 rounder can be dropped all day long in battle and nothing will happen to them.
