@jimmythedirt I believe you're correct. By making it hollow, you can adjust the weight without adjusting the size, which would make it better for competitions. Makes sense.

The hollow ones are the pro kettle bells. I think its so that for a large range of wieghts you have the same size bell. To perfect your technique and not have to change it as you move up to a heavier weight. Solid ones are good too.

Why do a lot of people in th US use the hollow kettlebells? all mine are solid and much smaller in size.

yeah im the one third from the left no i know the side rack sucks and iv recently just got the center rack down so my numbers have gone up big time... but for the jumping i cant quit that
