  • @jimmythedirt I believe you're correct. By making it hollow, you can adjust the weight without adjusting the size, which would make it better for competitions. Makes sense.

  • I have been training with cast iron KB for a year. Nice video.

    How do I get in the competition ? I am 47 years young LOL.

  • The hollow ones are the pro kettle bells. I think its so that for a large range of wieghts you have the same size bell. To perfect your technique and not have to change it as you move up to a heavier weight. Solid ones are good too.

  • Why do a lot of people in th US use the hollow kettlebells? all mine are solid and much smaller in size.

  • yeah im the one third from the left no i know the side rack sucks and iv recently just got the center rack down so my numbers have gone up big time... but for the jumping i cant quit that
