Demonstrating the nifty little 7.62X51 SOCOM 16, the "carbine" version of the venerable M1A/M14. I want to thank Springfield for sending me this gun to review.

Saw one of these at Gander MTN yesterday for $1800 used with even more rails with this one such a great gun but man with it was a lot cheaper I would totally buy one!

An outstanding advertisement for this rifle. Had Patton seen one, he'd have dubbed the M1A/M14, not the M1, "the greatest battlefield implement ever devised." And of course we like heavy-hitting carbines! We're Americans! Just look at how we love the Marlin 45-70s and the Mosin M38s.
