I'll explain: The tune, which starts at :56 is "Background Music," written by Warne Marsh, which is based on the chord changes for "All of Me." Goldberg's solo makes many references to the original melody for "All of Me" (as does Avital's).

Yess, so sick!!! But the title of this tune is 'Background Music', not 'All of me.' Its by Lennie Tristano.
