Both Russian men's and women's ice hockey teams suffered disappointment at the Vancouver Games. But there was a tonic at the weekend for a little-known ladies side, as Tornado won the European Champions cup. So what's the secret of their success, and can the national side learn from it?

What do you think, which season games it could be -- winter or summer?

Nitrorus:  Yes You are right. The Olympics is run by politics generated by USA influence. I expect to see Stock Car racing added as an Olympic sport soon if it is not already. Golf, video games (separate divisions for Nintendo, Playstation, and WII), that should generate a lot of medals for the USA as 90% of the video gamers live in USA. Then expect competitive eating where the USA will obviously sweep the medals. And of course text messaging will soon be an Olympic sport.

Not 1. 2, may be 3 (US, Canada + Sweden), but it is still not enough for real competition. Answer is simple -- this is one more way to get easy gold for the US.

1. Hockey is not for women. I'm against this. 2. Need to to exclude this from Olympic programm, because there are just 2 pretendents, and to add russian hockey (bandy, hockey with ball) instead this. It would be much fair.

3. Exlude all this acrobatics (freestyle, mogul, snowboard and other shit which names I don't even wish to know, though I'm a fan of sports). Because it is not even sports + it was added specially for the US (+Canada).
