A customer asked how to make a 3 stranded bracelet end cleanly into a toggle! Well I am not sure if this what she had in mind, but this is my solution, for now anyway. I have used this technique for multi stranded necklaces but not a bracelet. I am pleased with the result and I hope this will be good option for ending a 3 stranded bracelet into a toggle cleanly!

  • very beautiful..........

  • can you do something similar to this and instead of using a separator; can you use a large round or coin bead or crystal depending on what you want your pattern to look like? I may try it to see what affect I will get.

  • Great to learn this... Beautiful! Thanks.

  • I wonder...would the bracelet would fall apart, if you regular crimp the 3 strand piece as opposed to flat crimping??? I did that for my bracelet, it looks beautiful but.... I'm scared about losing them as well, especially swarovski and sterling silver pieces.

Help! AuntiesBeads or you beaders reading this, any input is welcome.

    Thanks

  • I have learned something new, love this.

  • you do very beautiful work and make it look so easy

  • very helpful technique! thank you! easy to follow. only thing is: i used beads that were less than 4 mm and i couldnlt get the wire in to crimp at the ends. that messed up my bracelet and i had to do the end part 4 times until i got something half decent. :/

  • mammamia!Questa ha una voce troppo antipatica!!!!!

  • Did you make that spiral ring that your wearing on your left hand? i would like to learn how to make that r ng. can you make a demonstration video?

  • Is it also possible to just continue with the wire and use it as an extender rather than cutting it right after crimping? I'd get nervous about the crimp losing it's hold on the strands. Can I also ask why you used the crimper on the extender and not on the end of the bracelet itself? Are there any difference on how strong they are? Thanks for sharing this. Very informative!

  • Wish you didn't hide the beads with your hand, and show the finished project when you are done. Remember you know what you are doing we don't, please go a little slower and show what you are doing. Thanks I really want to learn more.

  • Beautiful! Well executed and the instructions are easy to follow. I would like to request if you can feature how to make a wired name ring. Thanks and more power!
