It's called a POLICY. It is enforced the the school and therefore, the bus driver MUST follow it. What part of this can you not understand? Neither the girl, the bus driver, nor a guardian has control of ANY of this. Let's say something bad happened to the kid even with a guardian's consent. Who gets the blame and guilt? The bus driver. Kids and teenagers these days are so fucking one-sided. You can't always have your way. Learn how to live life.
