I am SO glad that video is still up! You were very lovely in the way you handled thesituation. Then & now. U should b free to share ur opinion/experience, good or bad - that is all you did! EvePearl took it to an unnecessary level & handled the situation very poorly. Especially as the owner of the company!! People would've had much more respect 4 her had she just apologized that you were unhappy. Still could've givn an explnatn& offrd u somthng special 4 ur trouble. That's good CS. Moving on....

the issue is question is not just that the product was bad but the fact remains, this sounds like very bad customer service. If a customer is dissatisfied, you take that into account and help resolve it. You do not however, tell the customer about your achievements (which obviously all customers are aware of) and your frustrations in life.That somehow makes the customer feel pity for you, that they are supposed to buy EP products for a whole different reason.This is unacceptable.
No offense but I think you should have kept the video up. Eve Pearl and her associates handled the situation without tact. Your video was your experience, you reality and why shouldn't consumers know about it? I don't think you should feel or made to feel like you owe them something. You shouldn't have guilt when your intentions were not nefarious, but just desiring to have good customer service. You can still leave the video up AND still move on.

You should NOT have removed that video....it is for future reference for other people who "may" buy EP products. It was ridiculous to see the video she made as a response to your video(explaining crystalization etc) and showing your pictures in it as reference!!! IF she can make such a video, you can make a video saying how you feel. You were not hurting her business - if she feels that way, then she is insecure. You were just sharing your experience with that company.
