"Bisaya" doesn't refer only to the Cebuanos, it refers to whole Visayans; i mean Ilonggos, Cebuanos, Halayanons (Cebuano for Karay-a), Warays, Aklanons, etc.

This is not hiligaynon... daw amo ni ang accent sang mga Ilonggo sa Mindanao area.

Bisaya=all residences of the Visayan group of islands; Ilonggo=residence of Panay, Negros Occidental, and some parts of Mindanao that are native speakers of Hiligaynon Language. Aklanon is not a dialect of the Hiligaynon language (like Karay-a). It is a language of its own.

Ang Ilonggo ya, amo na ang ga istar na mga tawo sa Ilo-ilo. Ang tawag sa ila gina hambal kay Hiligaynon. Ang mga Bisaya amo na tawag sa mga istorya sang mga taga Bohol, Cebu, Surigao, Davao...^_^

Actually,it should be Hiligaynon, not Ilonggo. Ilonggo refers to the ethnicity. :D
