Herald archive footage from March 11, 2008 of a banned driver who mounted kerbs and drove at up to 60mph the wrong way along roads and around roundabouts in Plymouth.
Silly driving going head on with traffic and rushing people on crossings - that is careless driving by the police. It is funny how the police haven't a clue how to smash a car window. They hit an extendable baton flat on the window and wonder why it bounces off. They need one with a point or to collapse it and hit the window with the end. They make the same mistake every single time so retraining is called for - the same for the driving techniques! Glad they got him anyway.
