Fallout 3-Returning to Vault 101

F.A.Q.
Q:How do you get the message?

A: Progress in the main story far enough so that you have access to the citadel, then go back to vault 101 and you should get a new station on your pip-boy.

Q:Can I still go back into the vault after i've killed the overseer when i first went out?

A:Yes, you can still go back into the vault if you killed the overseer the first time. The person will just be different.

Q:Do you HAVE to kill the overseer?

A:No, you can reason with him or force everyone to leave the vault by a different method.

Q:Why did you skip a lot of dialogue

A:I had a small hard drive at the time and fraps videos with sound takes a couple gigs. Also wanted to make sure I could get the whole thing in one whole video instead of splitting it up.

I killed the overseer told amata she got pissed became the new overseer and told me that I was banned.....SO I PULLED OUT A DOUBLE-BARRLE SHOTGUN AND SHOT HER AND EVERYONE ELSE IN THE HEAD

is there a point in the game when you cant get the signal...ive completed the main quest, both operation anchorage, and brotherhood of steel and ive waited weeks for the signal to pop up and all i get is vault 101 PA system which is static

i cant get the distress signal!

DOESNT WORK! I get the radio signal inside the tunnel and here a hissing sound. When i leave the tunnel the radio signal is lost
