@fcaleader no dont lock it out. locking out your drive arm prevents you from inverting completely because you continue to push the pole from your body.

pause at 6 seconds. Your drive arm is bent. lock it out. and your shoulders are wayy back you need to lean into the pole push your chest and shoulders. dont let the pole push you back. With that you could at least get 16ft. Nive vault

haha kid is fast as heck and can use big poles. thats the only reason he can get that high... but with some help on that top end hell be flying,....

@fcaleader well if he wants to go by the petrove model he has the drive arm perfect. you don't wanna lock it out. that's how bubka and other olypians train. plant with a bent drive arm (slightly, not like fiber face) and once your trail leg hits the chord, punch ur drive arm straight and the center of weight shifts to your shoulders and you invert right up.
