Tacoma dog trainer, Kate Johansson of Fast Pup Dog Training works with a Pomeranian named Corkey. Corkey is 14 months old and has been trained to be off leash around severe distractions and still be obedient while focusing on her tasks. At Fast Pup Dog Training we are passionate about giving dogs of all breeds, temperaments and sizes the richest and most full life with the freedom that comes by being reliable both off leash and on leash. Notice how Corky, an eight pound Pomeranian, plays confidently with much bigger dogs during play time. Fast Pup Dog Training offers many opportunities for dogs to interact with other dogs, new people and extreme distractions.

  • Not for nothing but that is not a Pomeranian. That is a Papillon.

  • @topdoglex No, she is a Pomeranian. We get that comment or question all the time when we are at shows. Her mother is a fawn colored Pom with a more silky coat like Corky's. So Corky has the silky texture of her mom and the "Party Pom" coloring of her dad. If you look really closely, you will see that she does not have the ears of a Papillon. Her coat, by the way, is awesome. Never mats. Stays really nice.
