A bi-partisan coalition is suing the Obama Administration for violating the War Powers Resolution.

The Administration claims that the operations being conducted in Libya don't amount to a "war."

Senator Rand Paul says that Republicans and Democrats can all agree on the Constitution, which is very specific about how the US can war can only be taken into war via vote by Congress.
