ROCORI Communities Receive Yellow Ribbon Designation Part 2

YELLOW RIBBON COMMUNITIES provide support to Veterans.

The Race toward becoming Minnesota's first Yellow Ribbon Region began a few weeks ago as a part of the 2nd Annual Old Glory Run. All three cities that make up the land of ROCORI pledged to pursue this designation over the next year. Rockville, Cold Spring and Richmond joined 6 other central Minnesota communities in publicly announcing their pursuit of the "Yellow Ribbon Communities" program. Mayors from all 9 cities joined together, as a part of the "Old Glory Run" closing ceremonies, to sign their letters of intent.
