I seen one of those in NYC when I went down to a doc office visit . The foam keeps the toilet
sanitized even if some one poops pees or whatever it will kill the bugs in it . The one I was in was in a office building and was also made in Japan.

hmm odd toilet setup there leaving me to wonder...what if the toilet breaks while on the toilet? how do you flush with no flusher? what if power goes out while on toilet?

it's designed to use a 3/4in sewer line when a full size sewer line cannot be used. it grinds the waste and pumps it along....
