Though at the beginning, the Romanian blogging is developing very fast. So, if in November 2005 there were about 10.000 blogs, we can count between 40-50.000 active blogs in 2007. Only about 15% from these belong to educational actors. According to RoBloggerSurvey (2006, 2007) it appears that blogs gain a certain acceptance in Romanian Higher Education.
Who is the Romanian blogger educator and what has changed in its profile in the last two years?
Which is the dynamics of the Romanian edu-blogosphere?
How are higher education professionals from Romania using blogging in their practice?
How great is the influence of blogging on the teaching-learning process in Romanian Higher Education?
Is blogging an alternative form of the online studying environment?
Is there any correspondence between what students use and what they find on the educational blogs?
We will explore these questions (and others too) and determine if there are international differentiators.
