Thanks again for the comment MandoMohan, but every Birth Certificate I have seen, including the samples on the NSW Births, Deaths & Marriages Website, has an informant on it, either the father or the mother.

My Birth Certificate does state 'Informant' on it as do many others that I have sighted.

I appreciate your opinion that what I am saying is not the 'truth', however I am not lying. Lying implies intentional misrepresentation.

Mark McMurtie is the guy at 2:20. He did study law and has successfully taken on the law on numerous occasions. He started down this path as he was told during one of his cases in court that as an Aboriginal he has no rights under the Australian Constitution. Hence he has a rather unique perspective of the law and the history of law. I don't think he is the one insulting anyone's intelligence here. The one's who insult people's intelligence are those who make baseless assumptions.

Australia s not a sovereign nation, it is a corporation.

If the constitution were binding, for one, we would not have the RBA.

As a Sovereign nation the government could not charter the RBA.
