Quit Smoking Log DAY 1 ..... YIKES!

Quiting smoking during Canadian Thanksgiving long week-end. I added 2 extra days to the 3 day week-end to give myself 5 days of detox and to begin recovery. Encouragement will be much appreciated.
I know I'm new to YouTube, but I'm really harmless, so fear not and comment or video respond!
Looking forward to success in battling this evil demon!

It is totally doable! in 2 more days it will 7 months for me without a single puff! And through some of the most trying times of my life, I still hung in and am still hanging in there. I hope your friend can make it too!
