on dec 22nd my mother and i went to craft mode. this is the 1st of many. sguar body scrub.

after showering scoop out a dollop and rub it on your skin. the sugar will exfoliate and the oil will moisturize. after scrubbing rinse with warm water, then cool water.

be careful, the floor will probably be slick. and if you use tea - it leaves a lil mess.

  • You do realize that the smell will be a lot stronger when it is applied to a warm body. That is when the oil will release it's odor.

Did 'your' chocolate truffles again for christmas eve dinner. GRAND succes. Thanks again.

  • when i used the green tea one, isn't wasn't too strong. at least not for me :-)

oooh yummy! they ARE so yummy! my next video is truffle making :-)

  • can you use sea salt instead of surgar?

  • i don't see why not. we actually thought about using salt when we did ours. I think Beth did a craft video on her channel with sea salt, using this same basic recipe. :-)

  • Ooh did you enjoy it? I didn't use any of it--sent them all off as gifts. Which I shouldn't have done. Because what if it sucked, ya know? I agree with the more scent. Also try the lavender bath salts. Smells so lovely!! I am going to start working on my Valentine's day crap right now because then it may get done just in time ;)

  • i tried some! it worked really well. I did have to use a wash cloth to wipe down the inside of the tub though - it got pretty slick! but it felt great on my skin. i used the patcholi kind and the green tea one. :-)
