Recently I upgrade my pc purchase E6300 and ASUS P5QLD-PRO and OC to 4.2ghz (400x10.5) 1600fsb But problem is the PC after pressing power button
ON
OFF
after 3,4 sec automatic ON
even on 1333fsb 3.6ghz same problem . I take out the GPU 4850 but still same problem persists, so problem is not Corsair CX400 PSU but some other which i am not being able to makeout. but pc was run fine after start and without overclocking pc normally ON
when i overclock my pc then pc not start normally
plz kindly help us.
Not serious? OC to 4,2Ghz with Intel Standard Cooler. Haha.

May be e bios problem i cant think of anything else.If it was mosfets they would fail you when you are gaming.

i had a problem liek that once!
i turned on, he turned off right away, and 2 secs later he turned back on again.
it was the PSU, it just couldnt handle the hardware (not enough power) a week later the PSU died.
hope i helped in anything :\

reduce the clock by the dissipator serie is reality bad for the processor.

Its normal, dont worry, after OC and voltage changes this happens, its totally normal, but main thing is that your PC should be stable(it doesnt hang or bluescreens or restarts)
