It should be towards the bottom of the set. Its called Star Tube and Star Tube II. Its next to the Star Boxes. I think its arranged alpabetically. Thanks for the comments!

Yo, All them are pyro effects done with the AFE. THe swirls however were part of a firework set from long ago. I can no longer find the download though.

What I do is put a lampost and cover the stick with pitch black walls.

That does work but stars with the AFE are a bit more realistic if you know what I mean.
