@brandnutopian Her ENTIRE family (except for the husband that was reported on a 911 call years before) disputes what you are saying and her own personal doctors dispute what you say. Read the book and you might learn something. I will not answer any further responses to this note. ALL the evidence and information is in the book and it is backed up by her family members and by Terri's personal doctors that visited and examined Terri. That is my last word on the topic.

@superbooks7 There's a huge difference between the facts of the situation and the fiction that you've invented. She showed no outward signs of cognition and brain scans revealed no mental activity.

What should not happen is people like you sticking their noses in other people's business pretending they know something when they don't.

@superbooks7 Wrong. Terry, sadly, was brain dead. Everyone should have the right to end their lives in a dignified manner to prevent suffering without big government interfering.

Terri was disabled, not brain damaged. There is a huge difference. A disabled woman was put to death simply because she was not able to speak for herself. People need to stand up for the rights of those that can not speak for themselves. There was a 911 call before Terri ever went to the hospital in the first place (a great possibility of domestic violence) YET the court still allowed Terri's life to be stopped, cut down cold. This death should not have happened to Terri.

So who foot the bill for keeping her alive? What if every American became a can of soup for 10 years before they died? It's impossible to keep everyone alive by artificial means and prolong a life.

When you get to Terry's point...it's time to go. How disrespectful it was for her to be kept alive in this condition.
