I choose the lucario side.

Lucario is stronger than mewtwo anyday, because he has the power of aura, and is designed to sweep enemies of a type strong to his.Look at his moveset and his TMs. He can learn more moves for wrecking types super effective against him that any other pokemon I ever seen.

@hasanftw Don't you mean "Mewtwo is not a physical sweeper" ?

Lucario was made to be a mixed sweeper since he actually learns Swords Dance unlike Mewtwo .

The only moves Lucario has over Mewtwo are Dragon Pulse , Dark Pulse , Close Combat , Extremespeed and Flash Cannon and few other whose names I cant remember.

@startmirca You might wana check bulbapedia. Mewtwo has the second highest base stat - behind arceus and ALL of his stats except attack are higher than lucarios, and then again they have the same attack stat even though mewtwo is not a special sweeper. Mewtwo Outclasses Lucario.

@startmirca Sucker Punch is a priority move. They never kill in one hit. They are for speed not power. I'm sure whatever plate Arceus holds, Mewtwo will always have a move he can learn to beat it. Its just a matter of having the right move. For electric type Arceus, Mewtwo could simply hold a focus sash and earthquake arceus once then just use Me First cause Arceus would go for extreme speed. Mewtwo's movepool is really good.

@eishiba10 In that case , Mewtwo's isn't better than Absol since Absol can sucker punch it.

Saying that about Arceus's plates is like saying something about Mewtwo's back neck.

Also , Electric-type Arceus with Shadow Ball could beat Mewtwo. Mewtwo's defenses arent that high , especially when compared to Arceus's DEF.

@Lucariobrawler22 what about arceus? mewtwo beats him anyday. the only reason mewtwo wouldn't beat him is those stupid plates. but its really not hard to guess its type and mewtwo's special attack and speed are so damn high arceus won't survive, as long as its the right hit. arceus may have higher stats but he still isn't better than mewtwo.
