@IncognitoEsquire Prayer: a spiritual communion with God or an object of worship, as in supplication, thanksgiving, adoration, or confession. -Via the dictionary. We do it to bring peace to our souls, and to ask God to bring peace to the souls of others. Are our prayers answered? Yes. Do we get everything we ask for? No. Prayers are not filed requests for God to give us things. They are simply prayers. If you truly prayed for answers, you would find your answers.

What is the point in praying when your prayers are just hitting the roof and bouncing back. I have lots of Bahai friends and when I ask them when was the last time your prayers were answered, they tell me that is not the issue, the issue is that you have done your religious dutty. Well That is not an answer, if that is the case it is an absolute waste of time.
