Part 1 of Judy Elliot with Denver Urban Gardens composting. WORMS! They make a very rich compost, and they must be inside during the winter. If outdoor composting in winter is a hardship, you can do it more easily with worms inside (in a nice container, of course-you don;t need to give htme the run of the house!) and have wonderful compost for your garden in the spring.
