Anthropogenic Global Warning Is A Lie

I grew up in Kansas and we've never had a winter without blizzards. This is the first year we didn't even get dusted with snow. The whole winter has been like early spring. So, don't go telling a Kansan there's no global warming going on. I do believe this will affect the prices of our produce this year. No winter moisture, no crops. That plain and simple. You need to ask around and get your facts together through people who can tell you. We have global warming.

Love you ,Lionel, but you're out of your mind on this subject. You'll see in a couple years.

@banjopanther Yes, and I hope he doesn't, or else my respect for him will plummet.

@EclecticSceptic Like that huh? I have more if you're interested,

@EclecticSceptic I can't believe L-train really believes that completely. Although it is true that buying carbon credits is just a way for rich people to assuage their guilt.

@imsiriustube You can throw around whatever bits of cute rhetoric you want. The fact remains that you are deliberately contradicting experts on the subject, all the while not knowing enough about the science. Rhetoric is no substitute for fact, and you should be ashamed, frankly.

@EclecticSceptic Please send my regards to the Climatic Research Unit at the University of East Anglia.

@imsiriustube Fact1: Methane is the most powerful common greenhouse gas Fact 2: According to Wikipedia the cow population of Earth is ~ 1.3 billion. Fact 3: This is very significant.
'Warmist' isn't a word. Global warming is happening, it's been measured. Anthropogenic global warming is the only explanation for the (mountains of) data collected. Other attempts, such as attributing global warming to sunspots, end up contradicting the data.

“We need to get some broad based support, to capture the public’s imagination… So we have to offer up scary scenarios, make simplified, dramatic statements and make little mention of any doubts… Each of us has to decide what the right balance is between being effective and being honest.” — Prof. Stephen Schneider, Stanford Professor of Biology and Global Change.
