they are both male , hope they dont get agressive when fully mature. males have 2 stripes,females have 1 right down the middle of their back.

@GMCman82 Actually the smaller one is a female, larger is her brother. Striped skunks generally have two stripes though their stripes vary widely among individuals. Some have no stripes, some have very wide stripes so they're almost all white, some have thin short stripes, some just a little white on the top of their head.
