Part 3 sees us exploring the area around Kumul Lodge. Species in the clip are distant views of calling King of Saxony bird-of-paradise, brief blue-capped ifrita, the elusive wattled ploughbill, female regent whistler, brown goshawk, slender-billed cuckoo-dove, female pied chat, female then distant male blue bird-of-paradise, superb bird-of-paradise, torrent flycatcher, white-shouldered fairy-wren, male regent whistler, displaying lesser birds-of-paradise, ornate honeyeater, a captured cuscus that we released back at the Lodge, canary flycatcher and the incredibly skulking lesser melampitta.
